Vesta
Vesta is the second largest object in the asteroid belt and is a major military base for the Neo-Delian League. Vesta was first colonized shortly after Ceres and was found to have very high concentrations of platnium, leading to the Vesta Platnium Rush of 2087. So many prospectors came that Vesta was stripped clean of any platnium less than a ten miles beneath the surface. Eventually, after the formation of the Neo-Delian League it became the central military base for them. Today, Vesta houses 10 million soldiers, 1 million civilians, and 50 thousand scientists.
